In Music, the children really enjoyed painting to classical music. They first had to listen to the music and think about how it made them feel, in particular when the music changed and became quicker or slower, higher and lower and how this would make them want to paint. They then moved onto painting along to the music, where they decided to use colours that we may see in Autumn, to fit in with our Autumn theme and as you can see, the children came up with some real masterpieces. It was also lovely to hear the children compliment each others’ work and discuss with their peers what and how they were painting.
