School Dinners

The new 3 week cycle menu will start next week with week 1.

 

 

Remembrance

Poppies and poppy items will be on sale at mid morning break only, until the morning of 11 th November. Please do not use school office to purchase poppy items. Please note any wristbands bought may only be worn up to the 11 th November. Along with the rest of the nation we will be observing the 2 minutes’ silence at 11am on 11th November.

 

Fundraising website

If you are doing any internet shopping over the next few weeks, it would be helpful to us if you could go via this link https://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/causes/astjprimary School will get a donation for anything that is spent. Please watch out for a flyer coming next week with more details.

 

Non uniform day

Will be holding a none uniform day next Friday 13 th November, in lieu of payment please bring sweets or chocolate, for our chocolate tombola stall at the Altham Church Christmas Fayre.

 

Messages from church

St James, Altham Christmas Fayre is on 14 th November at the Arthur Wilson Centre on Pickup Street. If you able to donate any Good Quality toys, jewellery, bric-a-brac, toiletries, etc. then we would be very grateful. Your donations can be brought to St James church at any of our Sunday Services or delivered to Altham School. There will be a representative from church here next Wednesday evening, 11th November, between 7 and 8 pm to receive your items.
